Commercial Junk Removal in Stone Mountain, GA
We clear out offices, stores, restaurants and rental units without pulling your staff off their work. We carry everything out, protect floors and door frames on the way, and sweep up before we go. You get a set price before we lift anything.
For the stuff your trash pickup leaves behind
Commercial junk removal covers what a regular trash service won't touch: old desks, filing cabinets, shelving, display racks, broken chairs, retired equipment and the boxes that slowly fill a back room. We load it, haul it and sort it so usable pieces go to donation or recycling instead of straight to the landfill.
Hauling is the easy part. The small things decide how the job goes. How we get a tall cabinet through a glass front door without a scratch. Where we stage items so customers can still reach your entrance. Whether the hallway looks the same when we leave as it did when we arrived. We have been in business since 2021, and those habits are most of what we've learned.
We work with business owners, landlords between tenants and property managers in Stone Mountain, Tucker, Decatur and the towns around them.
What the job includes
- Office furniture and fixtures
- Desks, cubicle panels, conference tables, chairs, filing cabinets and shelving. If something won't fit through a door, we take it apart instead of forcing it and gouging the frame.
- Retail and restaurant clear-outs
- Display racks, counters, old signage, storage shelving and non-hazardous kitchen equipment from a space that is closing, moving or getting a remodel.
- Tenant turnover
- Whatever the last tenant left, cleared so the unit can be shown or repaired. We walk the space with you first and agree on what stays.
- Electronics and equipment
- Monitors, printers, copiers and small machines. We keep them separate from general debris so they can go to electronics recycling.
- Sorting for donation and recycling
- Usable furniture goes to donation. Metal and cardboard go to recycling. Only what's left goes to the landfill.
- Sweep-out at the end
- Once the last piece is on the truck, we sweep the cleared area and look over the walls and door frames along the carry path.
Signs it's time to clear the space
The storage room is full
You can't reach the shelves you need because old chairs and boxes are in the way. Staff are working around clutter instead of using the room.
Bulky items sit by the bin
Desks and equipment are parked next to the trash enclosure because the regular pickup won't take them.
You're moving or closing
The lease end date is set and the old furniture has to go before the walk-through with your landlord.
A tenant left a mess
The unit can't be shown, cleaned or repaired until the leftovers are out.
Clutter is blocking exits
Stacked boxes in hallways or in front of back doors are a safety problem and something an inspector will notice.
What moves the price
Two things set the number: how big the load is and how hard it is to get from your space to our truck. Our pricing is upfront with no hidden fees. We tell you the price at the walk-through, before anyone picks up a box.
Volume
A bigger load means a higher price. One room of chairs costs less than a full floor of cubicles.
Access
A ground-floor loading door is quick. Stairs, a small elevator or a long hallway to the street take more time and more hands.
Take-apart work
Cubicle systems, bolted shelving and built-in counters have to come apart before they move, and that labor is part of the price.
Type of item
Heavy safes, large appliances and electronics need extra handling or special drop-off, which can change the cost.
Timing
Working before opening or after close to keep your floor clear can affect scheduling and price. We tell you up front if it does.
How the job day runs
- 1
Walk-through and written price
We come out, look at what's going and how it has to leave the building, and give you a price in writing. The on-site estimate is free and there's no obligation.
- 2
A time that suits your business
Before you open, after you close or on a slow afternoon. Same-day and next-day service available when our schedule has room.
- 3
Protect the path, then load
We pad door frames, lay runners on long carries and stage items away from your entrance. Heavy pieces go on dollies, not dragged across tile or carpet.
- 4
Sort, haul and sweep
Items are sorted on the truck for donation, recycling or disposal. Then we sweep the cleared area.
- 5
Final walk with you
We walk the space with you or your manager before we leave, so nothing is taken that should have stayed.

Commercial junk removal questions
Can you work around our business hours?
Yes. Most of our commercial jobs are set for early morning, after close or a slow part of the day. Tell us when customers are in and we'll plan around it.
Our property manager wants to know who's working in the building. What can you tell them?
We are licensed and insured. Many property managers ask about that before work starts in a shared building. We're happy to go over it on the phone with you or with them before the job is booked.
Is there anything you won't haul?
We don't take hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, fuel or medical waste. If you're not sure about an item, ask during the walk-through and we'll give you a straight answer.
Do we need someone there the whole time?
Not the whole time. We do need someone to show us what goes and what stays at the start, and ideally to walk the space with us at the end.
How do we know you'll take care of the building?
We have over 1,200 Google reviews, and you can read what customers say about how we work. On the job, we pad doorways, protect floors and sweep before we leave.
